These boots are designed to be used hot or cold to encourage the blood flow in order to speed up recovery following strenuous exercise, reduce swelling and help to treat injuries. 

 

The outer lining is 100% polyester, with padded inner lining. 

 

The slide-in pocket for the hot/cold compress has tape closures, with velcro outer closures for support and adjustment.
